Managing your subscription is easy and seamless with Restream. Below you will find steps on either upgrading or downgrading your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please take a look at the guide below: 

Upgrading your subscription

1. To begin, head to your Restream Dashboard and click your account icon located at the bottom left of your screen. Then click "Billing." 

2. From this section, you can see details about your active subscription such as; your renewal date, included features, plan type and price. To edit your current subscription, click the "Edit" button under "Your plan." 

3. In this section you can change the billing period and/or the subscription you are subscribed too. 

  • To upgrade to yearly, change the toggle switch near the top to "Yearly," then click "Upgrade" for either your current subscription, or other tier. 
  • To upgrade to a different tier, click "Upgrade" for the subscription that fits your needs. 

4. After clicking "Upgrade" a prompt will open confirming your upgrade. Please confirm the information presented and click "Upgrade my plan." 

  • Left on current plan: We will automatically subtract what is left on your current subscription from the upgrade price. These funds are prorated, therefore it takes into account what you paid and what you have used to determine the final figure. 

Important: If you upgrade a plan you will be charged right away for the sum to cover the current payment period or granted additional balance!

Downgrading your subscription

1. To begin, head to your Restream Dashboard and click your account icon located at the bottom left of your screen. Then click "Billing." 

2. From this section, you can see details about your active subscription such as; your renewal date, included features, plan type and price. To edit your current subscription, click the "Edit" button under "Your plan." 

3. Select the plan you want to downgrade to.

4. Confirm your actions in the pop-up window.

5. Your plan has been successfully downgraded. Note that your downgrade will be applied only after your current paid period ends.
