Snapchat is packed full of excellent filters and animations! You can now use their Snap Camera application with all those webcam filters for streaming πŸš€

In this article, we will cover:

🧐 Setting up Snap Camera with Restream Studio

  1. Restart your browser after installing Snap Camera for it to be recognised and appear as a selectable input.

  2. Open Restream Studio Settings and select Snap Camera as your preferred video input in Studio settings.

🧐 Setting up Snap Camera with OBS

  1. In OBS, click on the "+" under "Sources" and select "Video Capture Device."

  2. Give the source a name like Snap Camera and click "OK".

  3. From the "Device" drop-down menu, select "Snap Camera," then click "OK."Β

  4. You'll now see the Snap Camera added to your OBS Preview window! You may need to use the red outline to resize it to fit where you'd like it!Β
