In order to be able to add your embed chat on top of your mobile stream, you will need to use Streamlabs for Android or iOS. 

You will need to switch to Twitch or any other verified service in Streamlabs to be able to manage your widgets. 

1. Select Editor.

2. Navigate to the sidebar and click on the green "+" sign.

3. Choose Add Widget.

4. Select the Custom URL option.

5. Copy your embed chat link on Restream.

6. Paste the link in your widget and click on "ADD".

You are now good to go with your chat overlay while you are streaming from your phone!
