How to download recordings
Open your Video Storage and click Recordings.
Find the recording you want to download and click on the three dots below it.
Click Download.
Choose how you want to download your recording: full video, full audio, or split audio and video tracks.
Requirements
You need a paid Restream plan to access full video and audio recordings.
You need at least a Professional plan to access split audio and video tracks.
Split track recordings are only available for streams in Restream Studio.
The available download formats are MP4 for full video, MKV for split-track videos, and M4A for audio. You can utilize our free tools to convert your files into a different format.
