⚙️ Requirements and feature specifications

QR Codes feature is available on any of our <a href="https://restream.io/pricing" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">plans</a>, including the free tier.

Currently available in Studio only (not for encoder streams).

Navigate to the QR Codes tab in <a href="https://studio.restream.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Restream Studio</a> and press Add button beside the QR Code option.

💡You can have up to 6 QR codes per <a href="https://support.restream.io/en/articles/5603332-save-graphical-presets-with-brand-folders">brand</a><a href="https://support.restream.io/en/articles/5603332-save-graphical-presets-with-brand-folders"> folder</a>.

Enter the QR Code title and link. 💡 Max title length - 18 characters. Max link length - 1000 characters.

Select the QR Сode, and it will appear as an overlay.

Press three dots beside the QR Сode to edit it. Use the toggle to disable the title.

2. Enter the QR Code title and link. 💡 Max title length - 18 characters. Max link length - 1000 characters.

🧐 How to use QR Codes + Images?

Navigate to the QR Codes tab in <a href="https://studio.restream.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Restream Studio</a> and press Add button beside the QR Code + Image option.

💡 You can add up to 6 QR codes + images.

Create promotion by entering the link, text and uploading the image. Then press Create button.

Press three dots beside the QR Сode to edit it.

When someone scans your QR Сode, it will show an alert in Studio and on the outgoing stream. This can be enabled or disabled by toggling the "Show QR code scan alerts on stream" option in your Settings.

When selecting a QR code to display in your stream, a link to the product can automatically be sent in your chat as well by enabling the "Push product links to live chat" option in your Settings.
