Learn how to create an organization with distinct workspaces and invite members to join you.

How to create an organization with multiple workspaces

  1. Click + Add next to Workspaces on the left sidebar.

  2. Give your new workspace a name and click Next.

  3. Once your workspace is created, your account will become an Organization.

  4. To edit your organization, click the dropdown menu in the top left corner and select Profile settings.

  5. Under your profile settings, you can:

    1. Add a photo for your organization.

    2. Edit the name of your organization.

How to manage your workspaces

  1. Click Manage members and select Workspaces.

  2. Click the three dots next to the relevant workspace and select Edit.

  3. When you edit your workspace, you can:

    1. Add a photo for your workspace.

    2. Edit the name of your worskpace.

How to invite members

  1. Click Manage members on the left sidebar, then click the Invite Members button.

  2. Enter the emails of the users you'd like to invite.

  3. Select a role; you can invite users as Admins or Members.

    1. Admins automatically join all workspaces.

    2. Members can join either all or selected workspaces.

  4. The users you invite will receive an email with instructions to join your organization.


Requirements

  • A Professional plan or higher is required to create workspaces and invite members.

  • The Professional plan allows you to invite users as admins only. The Business plan allows you to invite users as both admins and members.

  • You can buy more team seats as an add-on.

  • If you are an organization owner, your personal account becomes an organization.


FAQ

What can different roles do?

Members can access workspaces and take action by streaming, setting up events, uploading videos, etc. Members cannot invite or manage other members.

Admins can do everything, like manage members, workspaces, etc.

Owners also function as admins.

How many people can I invite?

If you're on the Professional and Business plans, you can add 2 people to your team.

Need to add more teammates? You can buy more seats as an add-on.

Can I delete an organization or a workspace?

If you'd like to delete your organization or a workspace, please get in touch with our Support team by clicking the "Need help?" button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

How can I remove or edit a user's access?

Click Manage members on the left sidebar, then click the three dots next to the member you want to manage. You can edit their access or remove them entirely.

How can I change the owner of my organization?

If you'd like to change the owner of your organization, please get in touch with our Support team by clicking the "Need help?" button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
