Join your organization's shared workspaces to collaborate and produce your live events.
How to join your organization
Click Accept Invite in the email you received to join the organization.
If you don't have a Restream account yet, you'll be prompted to create one.
Fill in your name and add a photo (optional), then click Save.
How to navigate your organization
Click the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
Select Profile settings to edit your name or photo.
Click your organization or personal account to switch between the two.
Features and limits in workspaces will not apply to your personal account.
Example: your Product workspace has 10 channels, while your personal account is free and only has 2 channels. If you are missing channels or get a warning when trying to add them to an event, make sure you are in the right workspace.
Requirements
Your organization and personal account are distinct; the organization's workspaces are shared with multiple users, but your personal account is private to you.
You can't move assets between your personal account and shared workspaces.
Each workspace is set up separately with its own channels, events, and assets, and starts its own streams. You can't move content between different workspaces.
The maximum number of members and workspaces depends on the pricing your organization's owner has selected.
Every user can be part of multiple workspaces within the same organization.

What do I have access to?
It depends on whether you were given an admin or member role.
Members can upload assets, add channels, create events, and start or moderate streams, along with any other broadcast-related actions within their workspaces.
Admins can do all of the above, plus manage the organization, its workspaces, and users. They can invite or remove users, change their roles, or adjust their access to specific workspaces. They may also rename workspaces and update their avatars.

You can access all the functions of a workspace from its home screen.
Sidebar: Navigate between your workspaces and their relevant tabs; Home, Past streams, Video storage, Channels, and Analytics.
Account dropdown: Access your account settings and organizations via the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
Main screen: Click “New Stream” to choose your streaming setup: Restream Studio, encoder, video file, playlist, or record-only mode. Scheduled events and stream drafts will also appear here.

Click Manage members on the left sidebar.
To invite new users, click Invite Members at the top and enter the emails of the people you want to invite. Assign their roles, select which workspaces they'll be part of, and click Send Invites.
To manage existing users, click the three dots next to their name to either edit which workspaces they have access to or remove them.

Yes, click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner, select Profile Settings, and click Leave Organization.
