Use on-screen controls in Studio 2.0

Learn how to navigate the controls for your Studio stream.

Hovering over your preview in Studio reveals on-screen controls. Managing your cameras, audio, and media is now easy; you can stay focused on your stream.


Camera Source

  • Maximize ()

    The participant will fill the screen, hiding all other participants and sources.

  • Three dots (⋯)

    • Mute or adjust the volume slider.

    • Hide the participant from the screen.

Video Source

Under the central control panel, you can:

  • Pause or move the slider to skip to a different part of your video.

  • Mute or adjust the volume slider.

  • Click the Playback Settings icon to reveal an option to loop your video.

Under the corner control panel, you can:

  • Maximize () the video and hide all other participants and sources.

  • Click the three dots to:

    • Hide the video from the screen.

    • Replace your video with another file.

Requirements

  • Pick the right browser for your operating system:

    • Windows, macOS, and Linux: Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Arc, Edge, Safari (least preferred).

    • Android: Chrome (recommended), Firefox.

    • iOS: Safari 14+

  • Keep your browser updated to the latest version.

  • Avoid ad blockers and browser extensions that may interfere with your setup.
