Restream Studio offers a variety of layouts to help you organise your stream sources.

1. Spotlight

Use Spotlight for a full-screen view of any media source, like a presentation or a video.

2. Showtime

Showtime enhances both your camera feed and your shared content, ensuring a polished look across all formats and aspect ratios. It's the perfect choice for professional presentations.

3. Contain

Try Contain to display two feeds on top of a background - perfect for hosts and guests.

4. Cover

Select Cover to make your feeds fill in the entire screen without any background.

5. Half Screen

Select Half Screen for a three-person view and highlight your key speaker on the left.

6. Picture-in-Picture

Turn on Picture-in-Picture to focus on media, like slides, with a smaller camera feed.

7. Thumbnails

Opt for Thumbnails to pair media, like videos, with your camera feed over a background.

Can I use these layouts with multiple participants?

Totally! These examples are indicative of just a few of the views you can achieve with Studio layouts. You can mix and match them as you prefer with all of your guests and active sources.

Can I swap the positions of different elements in layouts?

Yes, all you need to do is drag and drop each feed in your preferred spot.

Can I freely resize the feeds within these layouts?

Our layouts currently have fixed sizes and proportions. Don't hesitate to share any feedback on how we can improve them with our team!

What about layouts in portrait mode?

Streaming to mobile-based platforms is just as easy. If you turn your stream into portrait mode, you'll see an adapted version of all of our layouts. Whether you stream horizontally or vertically, we've got you covered.

💡 Studio shortcuts can help you switch between layouts with just your keyboard
