The new settings section lets you pick your default preferences for making clips. You can always tweak each clip later, adjusting the look and style to fit what you want.

How to access your settings

From your home screen, click AI Clips, then click the gear icon next to the header. You can also jump straight there using this link.

Settings you can choose from

Autopilot

Turn on “Generate clips for new recordings” to automatically create clips from each stream’s recording after it ends. If you prefer to manually generate clips, you can toggle this off.

Orientation

Choose the default orientation for your clips:

  • Vertical - ideal for mobile platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Reels.

  • Horizontal - great for widescreen formats like YouTube or Facebook.

  • Square - a versatile format that works well across most platforms.

Number of generated clips

Choose how many clips you'd like to automatically generate from each recording:

  • 1-2 clips

  • 3-5 clips

  • 5-10 clips

  • 10-15 clips

Styles preset

Pick a visual style preset to define the look and feel of your clips.

Language

Select Auto-detect to let the system identify the language in your recording, or choose a language from the menu to set it as the default.

You can see our full list of supported languages here.

Duration

Choose a clip length range, from quick highlights to longer segments, based on your platform and audience preferences:

  • >30 seconds

  • 30-60 seconds

  • 1-2 minutes

  • 2-5 minutes

Generation settings

Use the toggles to set which visual and stylistic enhancements are automatically applied to your clips by default.

  • Captions - Auto-generated subtitles to help viewers follow along.

  • Emojis - Add expressive emojis to make your clips more dynamic.

  • Reframe - Automatically adjusts framing based on your chosen orientation.

  • Intro title - Starts each clip with a short title to introduce your brand or message.
