If your stream's status is stuck on "Sending Data" or isn't appearing on Facebook, we can help you get back on track.

Reconnect your channel

  1. From your home screen, click the Channels button.

  2. Click the three dots next to your YouTube channel, then click Remove channel.

  3. Check the box for Remove all permissions and click Remove.

  4. Go to this page and click Remove next to Restream.io.

  5. Go back to to Restream, click Add Channels and choose Facebook.

  6. Re-add the Profile, Page or Group that was just removed.

  7. Try going live on Facebook and check if your broadcast is successful.

Check your settings and role

Ensure your stream settings comply with Facebook's guidelines. If you use higher settings than suggested, you may have trouble streaming to Facebook.

Also, for a Facebook Page or Group, make sure you have owner or admin access.
