General Settings
Live stream quality - Choose between HD (720p at 30 or 60 fps) and Full HD (1080p at 30 fps). Your live stream quality also sets the quality of your recording.
Name - Customize your on-screen name for the stream.
Participants names - When enabled, the names of every host and guest will be displayed on the stream.
Show non-video participants - When enabled, any participants who don't have their cameras on will appear as avatars on the stream. Disabling this setting hides them entirely, but their audio remains audible if their microphone is active.
Show QR code scan alerts on stream - When activated, "Someone scanned the QR code" will show in the Studio and on the stream when someone scans your QR Code.
Push product links to live chat - When sharing a product on the stream via Live Sales, a link to that product will be automatically shared as a chat message.
Requirements
Your live stream quality cannot be changed while your stream is live.
Full HD (1080p) in Studio is only available starting with a Professional plan.
Check your upload speed here to choose your stream quality. You should have 10 Mbps at minimum, while 25 Mbps or higher is recommended for Full HD streams.
The name you set in your settings will also show up as the name of any extra cameras you add and any screens you share.

What's the difference between HD and Full HD?
Full HD (1080p) offers higher resolution and image quality than HD (720p).
HD provides good quality for most purposes, such as streaming on smaller screens or situations where bandwidth or processing power are limited.
You will also see a quality indicator on the top left corner of your stream preview. This label will display your stream's resolution, like 720p or 1080p.

If the streaming platform you are sending your stream to doesn’t support broadcasts in 1080p, your stream quality will be automatically changed to a lower one. We recommend checking the guidelines of each platform you stream to.
