Arrange your on-screen content in with horizontal layouts.

Restream Studio offers various preset layouts to help you organize your stream.



1. Spotlight

Use Spotlight for a full-screen view of any media source, like a presentation or a video.


2. Showtime

Showtime enhances both your camera feed and your shared content, ensuring a polished look across all formats and aspect ratios. It's the perfect choice for professional presentations.


3. Contain

Try Contain to display two feeds on top of a background - perfect for hosts and guests.


4. Cover

Select Cover to make your feeds fill in the entire screen without any background.


5. Half Screen

Select Half Screen for a three-person view and highlight your key speaker on the left.


6. Picture-in-Picture

Turn on Picture-in-Picture to focus on media, like slides, with a smaller camera feed.


7. Thumbnails

Opt for Thumbnails to pair media, like videos, with your camera feed over a background.


Requirements

  • Pick the right browser for your operating system:

    • Windows, macOS, and Linux: Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Arc, Edge, Safari (least preferred).

    • Android: Chrome (recommended), Firefox.

    • iOS: Safari 14+

  • Keep your browser updated to the latest version.

  • Avoid ad blockers and browser extensions that may interfere with your setup.

Can I use these layouts with multiple participants?

Totally! These examples are indicative of just a few of the views you can achieve with Studio layouts. You can mix and match them as you prefer with all of your guests and active sources.

Can I swap the positions of different elements in layouts?

Yes, all you need to do is drag and drop each feed in your preferred spot.

Can I freely resize the feeds within these layouts?
