1. Are Clips included in my existing subscription, or are they a separate add-on?
Clips are purchased as an add-on to your existing subscription. You can subscribe to the add-on through your account's billing settings.
2. What's the pricing for the Clips add-on?
We offer three plans, starting at $19/month, to fit your needs and budget. The add-on gets you access to generating:
50 clips per month for $19/month.
100 clips per month for $29/month.
250 clips per month for $59/month.
3. Does the number of clips in each pricing tier refer to generated clips or downloaded clips?
The number of clips refers to how many clips you can generate. There's no limit to how many times you can download the clips you've generated.
4. Is there an option to pay annually?
Currently, our Clips add-on is only available on a monthly subscription.
5. I got a free trial for Clips. Will I be automatically charged once the trial ends?
Yes, if you activate a 7-day free trial, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires. Your subscription to Clips will then auto-renew monthly. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your billing settings.
6. Does my clip limit roll over, or does it reset every month? For example, if I paid for 100 clips per month but only used 50, will I have 50 extra clips next month?
The limit indicated on your Clips subscription resets every month. If you did not generate all the clips in your monthly limit they will not roll over. It's use it or lose it.
7. What happens when I reach my clip limit for the month? Will I be charged extra?
If you reach your monthly limit, automatic clip generation will stop - even if your settings allow it. You won’t be automatically charged extra for more credits.
When your limit is almost reached, you will see an option to “Get more clips,” which lets you pay to immediately reset your clip limit and usage period.
8. Can I turn off the auto-generation of clips?
Absolutely. Just head to your Clips settings and deactivate the auto-pilot option. Once this setting is turned off, you can manually generate Clips for select videos and recordings. This page also allows you to control the maximum number of clips that you'd like the system to generate for your future Clips projects.
9. How can I cancel my subscription to the Clips add-on?
Go to your account's billing, locate the Clips add-on, and click Cancel Subscription.
