Restream makes it easy to sign up for a new subscription and upgrade or downgrade your existing plan.
How to create a subscription
Go to the Billing page under your Settings.
Click the Upgrade button.
Select Annual or Monthly and your chosen plan.
Add a valid credit card.
Click the Subscribe button.
How to upgrade or downgrade a subscription
Go to the Billing page under your Settings.
Click Edit next to your existing plan details.
Select Annual or Monthly and your chosen plan.
Confirm your upgrade or downgrade.
Requirements
Your subscription will be set to renew monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time to stop the auto-renewal.
For upgrades, we will automatically subtract what is left on your current subscription from the upgrade price.
Downgrades will be applied after the end of your current billing period. Upgrades are effective immediately.
