Control which notifications you receive by email and see in the Restream sidebar.
Email notifications
To manage your email notifications, go to Settings and select the Email settings tab.
You can toggle each notification type on or off individually:
Product notifications | Messages about your channels, video storage, teams, and more. |
Restream Clips | Updates about your projects. |
Scheduled stream alerts | Reminders about your planned broadcasts. |
Education | Onboarding, manuals, blog articles, and use cases. |
Product news | Monthly newsletter and occasional updates. |
Special offers | Exclusive discounts and limited-time sales. |
Stream reports | Statistics from your last stream. |
Monthly summary | Your streaming results for the month. |
You can also toggle on Unsubscribe from all emails to stop all marketing and product emails at once.
Note: You will still receive essential account and billing messages even when this is enabled.
In-app notifications
In-app notifications appear as cards in your sidebar. To manage them, go to Settings and select the In-app notifications tab.
Use the All notifications toggle to turn every in-app notification on or off at once, or manage them individually:
Special offers | Exclusive discounts and limited-time sales. |
Restream Clips | Clips generated from your streams. |
Product updates | Announcements about new features and changes. |
Restream live streams | Reminders about upcoming Restream broadcasts. |
Stream reports | Statistics from your last stream. |
