Use Restream cloud storage to upload and store videos for future streaming, video clips for mid-stream playback, and past stream recordings for repurposing.
What is Restream storage?
Storage can host several videos for you to use in your upcoming lives, as well as store your recordings for you to download. The limits will depend on your subscription plan.
Although it's not a replacement for your hard drive or other backups, this solution is perfect for storing clips like pre-rolls or queuing recorded videos to go live.
Whether you play your videos in Studio or schedule them to go live automatically, you will enjoy server-side reliability and maximum video performance. You won't have to depend on your connection for smooth quality; our servers will do the work.
How you can use Uploads

Requirements
Uploading videos is available for all Restream users, but the maximum video size and storage amount varies per Restream plan.
The required video formats for uploads are MP4, MOV, M4V or MKV.
If your original file is in an unsupported format, you can use our free conversion tool to turn it into MP4 before uploading it.
You need a paid Restream plan to create and access recordings.
Recordings will expire after 15 or 30 days, depending on your plan, so make sure to download them in time.
Uploads never expire unless you manually delete them.
