Additional steps

If changing your browser’s permissions doesn't work, try the following steps:

  • Clear your cache and restart the browser. Your permissions will be reset, and you will be asked to grant them again.

  • Restart your computer.

  • Turn off browser extensions (e.g., Adblock) and try opening Studio in incognito mode.

  • Try a different browser.

  • Check if your camera works on our webcam test tool or another site like Google Meet.

    • If it doesn't, there may be compatibility issues between your camera and the browser. Consider contacting the camera manufacturer.

💡 Restream Support is available 24/7 to offer assistance with complex issues.

Click the "Need Help?" button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
