To use click-through mode in the desktop chat app, you need to grant extra permissions in your Mac's settings.
How to grant accessibility access
Go to your System Settings.
Select Privacy and Security, then click Accessibility.
Toggle on Restream Chat.
If the app isn't listed, click on the "+" sign and add it manually.
Restart the Chat app for the changes to take effect.
