The first time you open the chat application on your Mac, you may receive this message:
"Restream Chat can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."
How to successfully launch the chat app on your Mac
Open Finder.
Find the Restream Chat app.
Right-click the app icon.
Choose Open from the menu.
Click Open again.
Now, the app is allowed, and you won't need to do this again.
You can also open a blocked app by clicking the Open Anyway button in the Privacy & Security settings menu. This button is available for about an hour after you try to open the app if you go to System Settings and then click Privacy & Security.
