Check your settings and equipment
Use a phone less than 5 years old.
Ensure your device is fully charged and background apps are closed.
Use dedicated WiFi for best performance.
On an Android device, use Google Chrome. For iOS users, use Safari.
Check your RTMP settings
If you're using a mobile streaming app and it's failing to connect to Restream, make sure you entered the correct URL and stream key from Restream.
Some apps require combining the RTMP URL and stream key into one line, with a "/" in between. Other mobile broadcasters need them to be entered separately.
Use a wired connection
Using a wired network, if available, improves your connection's stability.
Avoid mobile data - bandwidth throttling and data caps can cause network issues.
