Picarto has the following recommended stream settings:
Encoder: x264
Resolution: 480p, 720p, or 1080p
Bitrate: 350-2,500 Kbps depending on resolution and FPS
Keyframe Interval: 2 seconds, max 4
FPS: 30 (recommended) or 25
