Restream allows you to go live in multiple ways. We'll help you decide between our built-in Studio, external streaming encoders, and our scheduling tools for recorded videos.

Restream Studio

Our virtual Studio runs directly from your browser. It combines a user-friendly setup with all the tools you need to create a professional live stream.

You don't have to download any additional software to get started. All you'll need is your camera and microphone. You can also optimize the look of your stream with all the customizations and features our Studio offers.

Streaming Encoders

Streaming encoders offer software and hardware solutions for your production needs. Software encoders can be downloaded and installed on your computer, while hardware encoders are physical equipment you connect to your device.

When you connect an encoder with Restream, you pair the functionalities of your preferred setup with our multistreaming abilities. To combine the two, just insert the RTMP details of your Restream account into your encoder.

Pre-recorded Streams

With Restream, you can turn any recorded video into a live stream. Schedule your videos for any time and date, and they will show up as live content on your followers' feeds. Plus, it all happens automatically, even if you're offline.

You can even stream a set of videos to go live as a single stream with our Playlists feature. It's a great setup for a "best of" series or a longer broadcast.
