Live Sales is a powerful tool to showcase and sell products in real time.
How to use Live Sales
Go to Restream Studio and click the QR Codes tab on the right side.
Click the + Add button next to Live Sales.
Connect your Store or Product.
We can import products from your online store like Shopify, Amazon, and any e-commerce website with checkout for buyers.
Don't have an online shop or only want to add certain items? You can add custom products.
Click "Add to list" next to any products from your store and click Next.
Your added items will appear under the Live sales menu.
Click on any product to display it on the stream.
Hover over it on your preview to hide it, or click on another product to replace it.
Requirements
This feature is available on any of our plans, including the free tier.
Lives Sales is currently available for Studio streams only.
There is no limit to the amount of products that can be added.

How can I tell if someone scanned my QR code?
How can I tell if someone scanned my QR code?
Viewers can scan the QR codes displayed in your live shopping video. When that happens, "Someone scanned the QR code" will appear in the Studio and on the stream.
This can be enabled or disabled by toggling the "Show QR code scan alerts on stream" option in your General Settings.

Enabling "Push product links to live chat" in your General Settings allows the link of the selected item to be automatically sent in your chat. This helps mobile viewers open the link while watching on platforms like YouTube and Facebook.

Can I further edit the products after I import them?
Yes. Hover over the item under the live sales menu and click the pencil icon.
You will be able to edit the product title, secondary text, image, current price, original price, and link.
