Issues with your guests' audio can be easily fixed through a few checks.
How to fix missing audio for Studio guests
Toggle on your guests - if they're still backstage, you won't hear them.
Under the Sources menu, ensure the volume bar isn't turned down, and your guest isn't muted (the speaker 🔈 icon should be white, not red).
Ask your guest to check that their microphone is on and not muted.
Have your guest click the gear ⚙️ icon in the Studio, then select the Audio tab.
If everything is set up correctly for your guest, check your settings:
