You may cancel your paid subscription anytime; no further payments will be made.
How to cancel your subscription
- Go to the Billing page under your Settings. 
- Click Cancel subscription. 
 
- Select a cancellation reason and let us know if you have any feedback. 
- Click Cancel my subscription at the bottom of the page to confirm your choice. 
Requirements
- You will still have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. 
- Canceling your subscription does not equal removing your account. If you resubscribe in the future, your channels and stream settings will still be there! 
- After canceling, any discounts that were previously applied to your plan will no longer be valid.

You can only cancel your subscription if you have an active paid plan. Check your billing page to see if a plan other than "Basic" is listed. If you're on the basic (free) plan, there's nothing to cancel.
If you've paid for a subscription but don't see an invoice under your Payments tab, make sure you're logged into the correct account. Check the email you used for the transaction for a payment receipt, and confirm you're logged into that account on Restream.
