Restream offers a 7-day money-back guarantee period for first-time subscribers.


How to get a refund

  1. Cancel your paid plan within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

    You can follow the steps in this guide.

  2. Click "Need Help?" in the bottom right corner of the page to contact our 24/7 support and request your refund.


Requirements

  • Only first-time subscribers are eligible for a refund under the 7-day guarantee.

  • If you upgrade from one paid plan to another, the new upgrade is not considered a “first-time subscription." You will not be refunded unless the upgrade is done and cancelled within the first 7 days of the original purchase.

  • Auto-renewals are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.

  • As a Restream user, you fully control your subscription. We’ll automatically bill you when you buy a paid plan and for every renewal until cancellation.
