Only first-time subscribers are eligible for a refund under the 7-day guarantee.
If you upgrade from one paid plan to another, the new upgrade is not considered a “first-time subscription." You will not be refunded unless the upgrade is done and cancelled within the first 7 days of the original purchase.
Auto-renewals are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.
As a Restream user, you fully control your subscription. We’ll automatically bill you when you buy a paid plan and for every renewal until cancellation.
