FAQ

How does Proxy work?

Proxy utilizes our high-speed data centers worldwide to route your stream from region to region, using our locations as repeaters.

This method helps maintain the stream's quality over long distances, reducing the risk of loss or degradation. Instead, the stream hops in short bursts from one Restream location to the next until it reaches its destination safely.

Proxy also helps bypass geo-blocks, allowing you to deliver content to blocked destinations through a server location they permit.

💡 Add a backup stream to prevent streaming interruptions while you're live.
