What are channels?
Channels on Restream are destinations where you stream your content, such as social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and more. Click here to view our full list of supported channels.
You can add channels from your home screen or when setting up a specific stream. Once you connect a channel, it's instantly available to enable for any stream across your entire account.

How channels work differently
Any channel you've added can be streamed to instantly or scheduled in advance through a Restream Event. However, only YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn will display a post for the event ahead of time. Other platforms can still be scheduled, but that scheduling occurs solely within Restream and won’t be visible on the platforms themselves.
YouTube and LinkedIn also allow connecting to events that have already been scheduled on those platforms. When creating a new stream or reusing a setup, you can select any available event for those channels.
Requirements
You can add as many channels as you'd like, but the number you can enable at once depends on your Restream plan.
Deleting a channel will also remove it from all stream setups where it has been added. This cannot be undone.
