If you're on a 7-day trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to prevent being charged.
After the 7-day trial ends, the payment method on your account will be charged.
How to cancel a free trial?
Go to the Billing page in your Settings.
Click Cancel subscription.
Choose the cancellation reason and let us know if you have any feedback.
Confirm subscription cancellation.
When you cancel a free trial, your account will be downgraded to a free plan. Please note that on the free plan, you won't have access to your recordings, uploaded videos, custom graphics, and any paid features used during the trial.
