🧐 Why is my payment failing?

Here are some common reasons why payments may fail:

  1. Incorrect credit card number or expiration date.

  2. Insufficient funds on your credit or debit card.

  3. You've reached your credit card limit.

  4. Your card is registered in a different country than your Restream account.

  5. The card is expired or cancelled.

  6. Payment method is not enabled for foreign, secure online and recurring purchases.

❗️If a renewal payment fails, your account won’t immediately be closed. We’ll try to make the payment again over the next few days.
