Instant Pairs lets you stream to your guests' channels and attract more viewers.
How to use Pairs in Studio for instant streams
Go to Restream Studio and click Invite Guests under your preview window.
Make sure "Guests can add channels to this stream" is toggled on.
Copy the link and share it with your guests.
Requirements
To use Pairs, the host needs at least a Standard plan.
Guests can pair up to 3 channels for free (including paid ones, like Facebook pages or Custom RTMP channels).
For instant (unscheduled) Studio streams, guests can pair their channels before or during the live.
Note: For scheduled events, guests can only pair their channels before the stream starts, not while it's live. You need to follow this setup instead.
If your guests don't have a Restream account, they will be asked to enter an email and password to add their channels, but no payment is needed.

Will I receive comments from the chat of my guests' channels too?
Yes, chats from your guests’ channels will be marked as “Paired”. Only the chat relay feature will not be supported between host and guest channels.
You will also only be able to respond to comments in your own channels due to the privacy settings and permissions of streaming platforms.
Do my guests have to appear on the stream?

The host will continue streaming directly to guests' channels, and guests will not be shown on screen unless the host toggles them on. For guests that you want to appear on the stream, you just need to follow the steps for inviting guests to the Studio.
Guests have the option to pair and join the stream on-screen exclusively when utilizing Studio. Streams from encoders solely offer a pairing option.

When using scheduled events, guests can pair their channels up to 7 days in advance. If you send them an invite link earlier than that, they will see a prompt to return to the event once it is 7 days away, and then pair their channels.
The flow for inviting guests to scheduled events is different than instant Studio streams. We recommend checking this guide instead.
Are there any limits to the number of paired channels?

Yes. Just click on your Channels next to the "Go Live" button. Select Paired Channels and toggle off any channels you want to remove.

💡 Adding guest channels to your stream can give you up to 3X more views.
