Requirements
Facebook requires your account to have an established presence before you can go live. We recommend continuing to grow your page and trying again after a while to see if its status has changed.
In the meantime, you can still use Restream to stream on the rest of our supported platforms, like YouTube or LinkedIn. You can even share a link to your YouTube or LinkedIn stream on your Facebook page to keep your followers engaged and updated!
Additionally, you can still connect and stream to other Facebook channels, like your profile or a group!

If you attempt to go live on your Facebook page on your desktop, you'll receive the same error you see above. However, Facebook says you can still go live from a mobile device.

Can I stream with a Custom RTMP channel?
No. You would not be able to access the Live Producer on Facebook to gather your RTMP URL and Stream Key.
