Where is my recording?

Your recordings are automatically saved in your video storage. If you're having trouble finding them, we have compiled a few quick solutions.


My recording wasn't saved

Recordings are saved on paid plans only. If you cannot find your recording, please confirm that you have an active subscription. You can see your plan under your billing settings.

  • If you don't have an active subscription and would like to save recordings of your streams, we recommend you upgrade to a paid plan before your next show.

    💡 In the meantime, if you streamed to a platform that saves stream replays, you can try downloading your recording directly from there.

  • If you have an active subscription, please click "Need help?" in the bottom right corner of your screen. Our technical team will assist you right away.


I had a recording but I don't see it now

Recordings are stored for a set amount of time, depending on your subscription plan. That is 15 days for Standard and Professional and 30 days for the Business plan.

Once a recording has expired, it can no longer be retrieved. If the platform you went live on saves stream replays, you can try downloading the video directly from there.

To prevent this in the future:

  • Download your recordings right away so you don't forget about them later. They only take a few short moments to become available.

  • Consider your storage needs. If you're on a plan that stores recordings for 15 days, consider upgrading to Business to unlock 30-day cloud storage.

  • Keep an eye on our email! You will receive a reminder a few days before your recordings expire, so make sure to download them before they get removed.

    💡 Make sure you're subscribed to "Product alerts" under your email settings.


Part of my stream is missing from my recording

Each subscription plan has different length limits for recordings. You can record up to 6h in Standard, 10h in Professional, and 20h in Business. These limits are per stream.

  • If you streamed for longer than your recording limit, only the hours included in your plan will be saved. If you'd like to record longer than your current subscription supports, consider upgrading to a higher plan.

    💡 If you streamed to a platform that saves stream replays, you can try downloading your full video directly from there.

  • If your stream was within your plan's recording limit, please click "Need help?" at the bottom of your screen. Our technical team will assist you right away.


What if I delete my recording?

Deleting a recording is permanent and cannot be undone. To help you avoid accidentally deleting recordings, we will display a relevant warning when you click the delete button. You'll then be able to confirm the action or cancel and go back!
