How to install VB Audio Cable on Windows
Download VB Audio Cable.
Unzip the downloaded file.
Right click VBCable_Setup.exe or VBCable_Setup_64.exe and click Run as administrator.
Click Install Driver.
When the installation is complete, reboot your computer.
How to combine audio from a media player
To integrate audio from a media player, choose the CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) as the audio device in the media player or software playing the audio. Then select VB Audio Cable as your audio input option in Restream Studio.
How to combine microphone with other audio
To capture microphone audio alongside other audio sources, modify the microphone's listen settings to output to VB Audio Cable.
From your Windows settings, go to System > Sound.
Under Input, click Device Properties.
Click Additional device properties.
Click the Listen tab.
Check the box for Listen to this Device.
Under the Playback through this device menu, choose CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable).
Click Apply.
Now, both the audio playback from the media source and the microphone audio will be included in Restream Studio.
