We’ve redesigned the Home screen to simplify your streaming experience and make it easy to create recurring live shows.

What’s new on the home screen?

Your Home screen is the central hub for your Restream account. It's where you can easily view your scheduled events, set up new streams, manage your channels, and access account information. While we call it the Home screen, you might think of it as your Lobby or Dashboard, but they’re all the same thing!

  1. Sidebar: The left sidebar includes video storage, analytics, connected channels, and a dedicated section for your past streams where you can access recordings, analytics, and a playback button to review your stream.

For account settings, teams, and billing, use the dropdown menu next to your username.

  2. Main screen: Scheduled events and stream drafts still appear in the main section.

💡 Now, you can filter streams by All, Drafts, or Scheduled at the top and further sort them by title, status, or last edited to find what you need faster.

  3. New Stream button: Click New Stream to choose your streaming setup: Restream Studio, encoder, video file, playlist, or record-only mode.

  4. Instant streaming: To start an instant stream, click on an unscheduled draft. Studio setups will open directly in Restream Studio, while RTMP setups will take you to your RTMP details.

What’s changed?

Our new Home introduces a way to reuse your stream setup. Now, you can set up your broadcast settings once and reuse them whenever you go live. Learn more about this new feature here.

We’ve also updated how you schedule events. For a step-by-step guide on this process, click here.

💡 We hope you’ll love your new Home!
