FAQ

I started streaming but a new live was created, why didn't it go to my event?

You must set your encoder to stream to the RTMP details of your event card. If you use an outdated key, you'd end up creating a new live.

Can I also embed my chat in my encoder?

Yes. Click the three dots on your event card and select Embed chat.
