How to schedule a Studio event from scratch
From your home screen, click New Stream and select Studio.
You can now set up the look of your stream; any changes you make will be saved.
💡 This is optional! You can also return and set up your stream later.
When you’re done, click the Schedule button in the top right corner.
Fill in your Event details like your title, description, date, and time.
Check the box next to Create an event page on social platforms to notify your audience in advance with an event post.
Upload a thumbnail as a custom image to use for the event before you go live.
Toggle on the channels you'll stream to and click Create Event.
Your setup will be saved under an event card on your home screen.
Click Enter Studio on that card to make edits or to go live at the scheduled time.
How to schedule a Studio event from a previous stream
If you already have a stream setup that you would like to re-use, click the three dots on the existing stream card and select Schedule.
Fill in your Event details like your title, description, date, and time.
Check the box next to Create an event page on social platforms to notify your audience in advance with an event post.
Upload a thumbnail as a custom image to use for the event before you go live.
Toggle on the channels you'll stream to and click Create Event.
Click Enter Studio on the event card to edit your setup or go live at the scheduled time.
Requirements
Streaming to scheduled events is available for all plans, including the free tier.
Make sure you enter Studio under the right event card on your home screen.
Don't go live before the scheduled time. You can follow this guide for testing.
